The wedding industry is broad and consists of many opportunities. Wedding expos are popular; however, just like weddings, they differ in size from regular weddings to luxury weddings where huge amounts of money are spent.

Qatar has won a bid to host the Destination Wedding Planners Congress (DWP). This is a globally renowned platform for wedding planners, connoisseurs, hoteliers and professionals in the luxury wedding planning industry. The event will take place in Doha next year in March.
